Our role is to provide a holistic approach to care by guiding and advocating for the clients and while managing and navigating important concerns around health and social issues.
We provide relevant and effective information, advice or solutions to our clients. We have the appropriate systems and processes in place to consistently support and guide our clients.
We take pride in the services we offer and continuously seek feedback from our clients and stakeholders to enable us to work successfully towards our goals.

Training & Support
We provide training and support services. We offer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). We also offer Youth support and friendship clubs.
Another Ear is in partnership with the Goan Community Advice and Information Centre.
